Distinguished contributors from all over the world present in-depth research and studies which have tangible practical values and whose methodologies can be applied to solve or mitigate parallel situations. We apply a high-quality standard review process as the principal quality assurance instrument of our journal. The journal invites all interested contributors to submit their papers for consideration or to become a subscriber and publish their articles in this journal.</p> <p><strong>The paper topics focus on:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Development of Agile Governance and Innovation Measurement programs in the Government and the stakeholders of the Government. The journal could explore the application of agile governance in public policy and organizational innovation. It could also examine the evolution of governance concepts such as dynamic governance, open government, and agile governance, and their relationship with innovation. Consider topics such as making agile development work in a government contracting environment, agile innovation management in government, and how to make government agile to cope with organizational change.</li> <li>Explore the development of a measurement framework based on government innovation best practices while innovating on the way the program is designed. Investigate the implementation and efficacy of agile governance, the development of metrics and measurement instruments, and the integration of agile and governance practices.</li> </ol>
